Arizona Hiking

You know, everyone has a preference for where they want to live.
Some base it on family, some base it on occupation, and some base it on climate and land. Now, let's talk climate and land. There are those people who NEED to have the heat, if not, they start sporting winter gear at 65°.  There are the people who just LOVE the 4 seasons. A little bit of hot, a little bit of cold, some pretty fall leaves, maybe they love the snow, maybe they could do without...ahem, me. There are the people who live to be by the beach or a big body of water. THEN there are the people who prefer to have the mountains.

Growing up in Milwaukee I've always lived by a large body of water with a bit of a beach and I'm accustomed to the 4 seasons. However, I've never had the mountain experience. When I arrived in AZ it was completely dark. The best thing about arriving at night is waking up to the most magnificent views! I haven't seen mountains since living in the Dominican Republic and I forgot how freaking breathtaking they are. Seriously, the Lord's creation is just. the. coolest.

I think I could become one of those mountain-hiking AZ people, but for now I'll just stick to my good 'ol MKE.
(P.S. I'm moving to the Eastside. HELLOO, Lake Michigan!! Insert heart-eyed emoji here.)

So, what type of area would you prefer to live in?
