Christmas Weekend Brunch


I wasn't joking when I said I spent a lot of time with family over break. We enjoyed lots of coffee, citrus salad, and egg in tomato sauce and man was it relaxing. I live for family time.

  2. First off, that house is beautiful. With all those bright colors on the walls it looks so alive. Second, please explain those eggs in tomatoe sauce. They look beautiful aaaand delicious.

    1. Isn't it?! They really found a beautiful place!
      Ok the eggs! It's really very easy. All you do is make some tomato sauce--or use your favorite storebought, pour it in a ramekin or other baking dish then crack your eggs over it, add parmesan, and bake it at 425 for 20ish minutes--or until the eggs are fully cooked. It is SERIOUSLY delicious. I really want to try it with poached eggs.
